Privacy policy
What we store. Your name, chosen username,
course, optional phone or email, and the chats you have here.
Where. In one database on the college's own
web space, and the AI itself on a computer inside our campus in Hubballi.
Who can see it. You see your own chats. The
administrator sees the list of accounts to approve or block them. Nobody else.
What we never do.
- Never send your questions to Google, OpenAI or any outside AI service
- Never sell, share or advertise with your data
- Never train on a student's personal chats without telling the college first
Deleting. Delete any chat yourself. Ask the
office to remove your account and everything connected to it goes with it.
Passwords. Stored only as a one-way
scrambled value. Even the administrator cannot read yours.
Terms of use
Who may use it. Only students, faculty and
staff of the institute, with an approved account. Do not share your login.
It is a learning aid. TIONS AI helps you
study and prepare. It is not a doctor and not a clinical decision tool. For real
patient care always follow the hospital protocol and the doctor's order.
Check before you write. Like every AI it can
be confidently wrong. Verify important facts — especially numbers — before using them.
Patient privacy. Do not type a real
patient's name, hospital number or photograph.
Fair use. Do not use it to have your
assignments written for you, and do not try to break or overload the system.
Availability. The service runs on one
college computer and may be off for maintenance, upgrades or model training.
